Perched on the cliffside of Beachlands this renovation has created a beautiful and usable outdoor area to enjoy the sun rising & setting over the Hauraki harbour. The renovation included full cliff side retaining and landscaping, beautifully crafted hardwood decks, the addition of a new studio space as well as new kitchen and bathrooms.
